CHAIR CARL MORGAN convened the meeting of the House Community
and Regional Affairs Standing Committee at 8:10 a.m.
Representatives Morgan, Wolf, Anderson, Samuels, Cissna, and
Kookesh were present at the call to order.
SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
RON MILLER, Executive Director, Alaska Industrial Development
and Export Authority (AIDEA) and Alaska Energy Authority (AEA),
discussed AIDEA and AEA some of the projects with which both are
involved.
MIKE HARPER, Deputy Director - Rural Energy, Alaska Industrial
Development and Export Authority (AIDEA) and Alaska Energy
Authority (AEA), discussed AIDEA and AEA some of the projects
with which both are involved.
Both Mr. Miller and Mr. Harper answered questions on the
following topics: the Healy and Skagway projects, the Seafood
Center Project, the conservation program, and shallow gas.
